How the readings on this site are written
The daily readings are written with the help of an artificial intelligence model, and a person is responsible for them.
We use Anthropic's Claude models to draft each day's card interpretations, the overall insight and the closing thought. A scheduled program draws the cards, requests the text and publishes the post, so a day's reading goes live without a person approving that individual post.
A person stands behind all of it. We write and maintain the instructions the model follows, choose the deck and the reading format, set the rules the system applies, read what the site publishes, and correct or withdraw anything that is wrong. Every change to the system is made and released by a person. The judgement about what this site publishes, and the responsibility for it, stays with us.
No information about you is sent to the AI model. It receives the cards drawn for that day and nothing else: not your name, your email address, your location, or anything else you give us or that we collect about your visit.
These readings are offered for reflection rather than prediction, and they are not advice. They are not personalised to you, and every reader sees the same reading on a given day.

Eligibility

If we determine that any question you ask is ethically questionable, threatening, illegal, or unsafe in any way, we will ask you to rephrase your question before we proceed with creating any report(s). “Ethically questionable” may include, but is not limited to, inquiries related to legal matters, any form of illicit or illegal activity, including unlicensed financial schemes, or invasive, inappropriate questions about third parties or their relationships.

This blog is hosted on Google's Blogger platform and uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which readings are read.
Nothing non-essential is stored on your device until you choose. A consent banner appears on your first visit and Google Analytics is held in a denied state until you accept it. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set at all. You can change your choice at any time using the consent button in the corner of any page.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and _ga_HWRDRHRJ2R, which maintains session state for our Analytics property. Both expire after thirteen months. We do not use them for advertising or profiling.
Before you choose, and if you reject, Google Analytics still sends a request to Google carrying your IP address and browser details. It stores nothing on your device. We cannot switch that off without removing measurement altogether.
Our consent banner and the record of your choice are provided by CookieYes Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, acting as our processor. It stores your choice, the time you made it and a consent ID, so that consent can be evidenced. Where CookieYes transfers data outside the UK or EEA, its data processing agreement applies standard contractual clauses.

Shipping, Payment and Returns Policies
Shipping and Payment Information
If you are offered the option to purchase a report, to ensure you receive your report, please complete the following steps:
1. Payment: Ensure that payment has been made in full and successfully processed.
2. Information Submission: Provide all necessary information on the checkout form to allow us to focus on your question, draw the cards, and create the report specifically for you.
3. Your report will be sent to you by email.
Please check that you have provided the correct email address when you provide your question and personal information.
Your report will be delivered as a PDF file attachment to the email. If the report is not in your 'inbox' at the end of the 2-3 working days (see below), please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

GMT/UTC or, BST (Daylight saving - British Summer Time GMT+1).
We observe all UK public holidays and, may also close for personal time away (PTA).

Delivery Timeframe:
• Reports are typically emailed within 2-3 full working days from the time we receive notification of your order and that your payment for the report is being processed. (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM GMT).
• Working days exclude UK public holidays and periods when the store is closed for scheduled time away or personal holidays.

Returns Policy:
• If you purchase a report, each personal report is bespoke and created specifically for the individual based on the questions and information provided during checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to avoid delays or errors in report creation.
• Refunds are not available unless Le Lapin Blanc Club or Dot11.media is responsible for a mistake in creating the report.
